The Edward Lear Public House

YesFoundry were delighted to be asked to develop a strong brand identity for a modern pub restaurant inspired by Edward Lear located in fashionable North London.

The journey began with the creation of a logo that would encapsulate Edward Lear’s playful spirit. We crafted a unique and whimsical logo that reflected the poet’s love for the absurd and the fantastical. This logo became the centerpiece of the brand identity, serving as a visual representation of the charming and whimsical nature of the pub.

To further enhance the brand identity, YesFoundry carefully crafted a playful visual language that
would permeate all aspects of the establishment.
The colors chosen were vibrant and joyful, reflecting the vibrancy of Lear’s art and poetry. Playful illustrations inspired by Lear’s imaginative world were incorporated into the menus, signage, and marketing materials, adding a touch of whimsy and delight to the overall experience. 

The walls were adorned with whimsical paintings and illustrations reminiscent of Lear’s artwork, showcasing his unique style and creativity creating an immersive experience for guests.
