Pen & Cob Terrace

YesFoundry were approached by The Pen&Cob to design and fit out their outside terrace area serving food and drink all day with the aim to create a comfortable and cozy yet sleek dining experience.

An open kitchen and bar was formed along with the implementation of a retractable roof allowing flexibility to adapt to different weather conditions.

We incorporated natural elements to connect the outdoor terrace brasserie with its surroundings. Wooden walls, living green walls and potted plants add freshness and enhance the overall aesthetic. 

A colour palette centred around green and grey adds a touch of sophistication while harmonizing with the outdoor environment. Overall we wanted to ensure that the brasserie exudes a comfortable and cozy atmosphere to make guests feel at home.
