Initial Concept and Ideas
YesFoundry works closely with each client to understand their requirements, preferences, and budget. We create a preliminary concept and present ideas for the overall design direction, including color schemes, spatial layouts, and style suggestions.
The fees for this stage are a fixed amount for the initial concept and ideas stage, determined by the project’s size or complexity.
Final Design and Selection of Materials and Furniture
Once the client approves the initial concept, we move forward with the final design stage. This includes creating detailed drawings, selecting specific materials, finishes, furniture, fixtures, and accessories.
Similar to the initial stage, we charge a fixed amount for the final design stage, taking into account the complexity of the project.
Ordering Items
The client can at this stage choose to order and purchase all items directly from manufacturers and suppliers taking full management of the ordering process.
YesFoundry’s can assist with part or fully manage ordering if requested including researching suppliers, obtaining quotes, placing orders, and tracking deliveries.
Fees for this service would be charged at an hourly rate.
